With offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Valencia and Warsaw, and a permanent team of 120 employees, Layetana is a solid, serious and respected company. Its growth has always been based on solid values and the quality of its developments. In 2007 it had a turnover of 237 million Euros. The sales value of the total of the projects in course at the same time amounted to nearly 1,900 million Euros. But beyond the figures, it is the development of paradigmatic projects, and the collaboration of first-class architects that has given, and indeed continues to give Layetana outstanding prestige as a quality developer. One particularly important project was the Agbar Tower, the work of the famous architect Jean Nouvel, which has now become a symbol of modern Barcelona.

Innovation

Innovation plays a decisive role in Layetana’s projects. Starting with a detailed investigation of the client’s requirements, we search for solutions both on and off the beaten tracks. Our pioneer projects include the first urban leisure centre in Spain (Heron City, Barcelona), a residential building for independent elderly people (Las Arcadias) and the development of the first top-level meeting and conference centre in Spain (La Mola Conference Resort, Terrassa).
